tex.tracer is the go-to transparency platform for the fashion industry.
Our platform gives brands and consumers insight into the product’s journey, from material source to retail. The platform enables verification of each step in the supply chain, using Blockchain Technology. By scanning an on-garment QR code, tex.tracer shows them who made their clothes, how they are made, and what they are made of.
The opportunity:
As Business Development Manager, you - together with the sales team - are responsible for accelerating growth in the Netherlands, Belgium and Scandinavia, and for doubling the ARR. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, expanding our commercial footprint, and strengthening a future-proof, transparent fashion industry.
Key responsibility:
- Own the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to deal negotiation and closure.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each regional market.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision makers at fashion brands, retailers, and supply chain partners.
- Represent tex.tracer at industry events, webinars, and roundtables.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategy and execution.
- Provide strategic input and customer feedback to help shape product development.
- Monitor key sales KPIs and share insights with the leadership team.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fashion, supply chain or sustainability.
- Strong communicative skills in English, any other EU language like French, Danish or Swedish is a plus.
- Commercially minded, relationship-focused, and data-driven.
- Independent and entrepreneurial; you thrive in a sales role with plenty of freedom, travel, and event presence.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability and measurable ESG impact.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot (CRM) and Slack.

- A base salary between €60,000 – €70,000 gross per year, excluding bonus.
