tex.tracer is the go-to transparency platform for the fashion industry.

Our platform gives brands and consumers insight into the product’s journey, from material source to retail. The platform enables verification of each step in the supply chain, using Blockchain Technology. By scanning an on-garment QR code, tex.tracer shows them who made their clothes, how they are made, and what they are made of.


The opportunity:

tex.tracer is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Partner Liaison based in Turkey. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for supply chain partners in Turkey and the rest of Europe, assisting them with using our platform and addressing any questions or issues they may have. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients by supporting the client success team with various tasks, including translating the platform, articles, and tutorials. You will report directly to the Client Success Lead and participate in twice-weekly team check-ins.


Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for supply chain partners in Turkey and rest of Europe, providing assistance and support.
  • Onboarding the supply chain partners to tex.tracer, to achieve and maintain a >75% onboarding rate.
  • Guide supply chain partners on how to use the tex.tracer platform effectively.
  • Answer and resolve any queries or issues raised by users.
  • Support the Client Success team by translating the platform, articles, and tutorials.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Participate in twice-weekly check-ins with the Client Success team.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Turkish; Portugese is a bonus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the fashion industry.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new platforms/tools, including tex.tracer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
